Drew Steele is a hockey play-by-play broadcaster currently serving as the Voice of the Madison Capitols of the USHL, a role he has held since the fall of 2022.

Originally from rural Minnesota, Drew attended Pine City High School before continuing his education at St. Cloud State University, graduating in 2021. During his time at SCSU, Drew developed his broadcasting career with student-run radio station 88.1 FM KVSC, while also calling games on Big Ten Plus and the NSIC Network. His work at KVSC culminated in the opportunity to broadcast the 2021 NCAA Men's Hockey Frozen Four, including the National Championship Game.

Following graduation, Drew began his professional career in junior hockey, calling games in the NAHL with the Corpus Christi IceRays as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations before moving into his current role as the Director of Media Relations and Inside Sales for the Madison Capitols, where he continues to bring fans the action as the team's play-by-play voice.

Outside of the booth, Drew enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends. Drew and his wife, Sarah, live in Waunakee, Wisconsin, with their terrier mix, Pearl.
